I was given a compensation that is below the package the newbie with no travel experience has a much higher salary than me who has a travel experience

I was given a salary equal to no experience agent but based on my resume I have experience with Travel account yet I was provided a lower salary than the other unexperienced agents/employees

I was given a salary package with low basic but I have experience with Travel accounts in the past if you will compare the salary that was given to the others that don't have travel experience it was way much lower.
