It's fun to work here at Enshored, I got to meet different people with diverse backgrounds, and I feel satisfied with the compensation. However, I just feel that our team/department does not have enough time to participate in other events due to the fact that we do not have the same schedule.

They're fun to work with. We have this "bond", and you most likely to be motivated in the workplace if you are getting along with your co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the abrupt changes in KPI or processes which they just throw all info. abruptly, and To feel better about my compensation, I believe a salary review is warranted based on the expanded scope of my work.
