Great. I enjoy working and I am thankful for the chance to work with them. I don't mind staying for another couple of years. Also grateful for the WFH set up.

For my overall experience, I can say its a good one, better than my previous companies.

It's been a good experience so far. I've learned so much and the company has provided me with benefits that I am thankful for. Although I am hoping for a salary increase now that I am on my second year, and there are few things that I am not satisfied with, I would also like to express my gratitude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are nice and easy to work with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I just want them to be more responsible.

They are appreciative so far

People are nice to work with. I don't have any unpleasant experience yet

Some coworkers need to learn to take responsibility and take their jobs seriously.

Salary I guess. always looking forward to the payday and hoping to get incentives

Just my work Schedule. I appreciate that I have RD's on Saturday and Sunday.

They at least show that they are concerned and try their best to address our concerns.

Its okay so far but of course it would be even better if there will be a raise

Just the shift, I hope I could go from closer to opener. Been doing closer shifts for almost a year now
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A salary raise would be wonderful. Living expenses and commodity prices are crazy these days. A bit of an increase would be fantastic.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to resolve issues and provide a good service, I feel happy. I also feel ecstatic when my efforts are recognized
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should be more responsible. I can see coworkers always having issue with connections and devices. They should also take ownership and should not disconnect or avoid calls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
These days everything is expensive, I have been with the company for two years and I think a salary increase is good. Also leave conversion in case we were not able to utilize the leave credits.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not best but at least we are given an internet allowance, its not much. allowance is good too, would be best if there will be a salary increase since its been more than a year since I was hired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leaders are easy to work with, also the incentive is a positive thing although it would be better if there will attendance incentive and salary increase. Performance bonus is also one of the best things, I worked hard and did my best this year, looking forward to the Performance Bonus!
