Going to work every day is no longer exciting due to managers who struggle with decision-making and lack the necessary experience for their managerial roles, often exacerbated by their youthful age. They tend to engage in excessive micro-management, which further impacts the work environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The suggestions of each employee are not listened to or even acknowledged. There is always an immediate answer that it is not or that it is vague. There is no answer that even "Alright, I'll see what I can do" nothing even like that. To make me feel better about compensation is Salary increase.
