I like the work-life balance that Enshored offers. However, the company should also value those working under the Shared Services division. They should also recognize and award us, since I believe, we equally contribute value to the company.

Most managers and employees in recruitment does not like what Miguel and Alta is doing to the team. It creates a negative and toxic culture.

The executive team needs to hear out the managers of different teams. Most managers and employees in recruitment does not like what Miguel and Alta is doing to the team. It creates a negative and toxic culture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Remove Miguel and Alta, they are the reason for all the toxicity in the recruitment team. Miguel plays favoritism, he only listens to Alta. Alta is spreading gossips and negativity, she is scolding us whenever we are getting close to her enemies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our leader requested to provide us with an allowance to compensate for the additional workload we will render while our Officer is on maternity leave. However, the upper management denied that. I also feel like my achievements are not recognized and I can only be good based on the numbers I provide.
