Alta Galanto and Miguel Enriquez are the ones promoting toxicity and negative culture in the recruitment team and across different support department.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to be free from Alta Galanto's leadership, she is a bully and promotes toxicity in the team. That is why there are many people who are resigning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There seems to be no reason to like the leadership team. Alta Galanto is a bully and does everything that she wants because she is protected by Miguel Enriquez.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What's going wrong in recruitment is that Miguel is scheming and exercising favoritism and negative leadership. He is also trying to cover up the wrong things that Alta and her friends are doing.
