Working at enshored, I experienced a lot of things. Working and dealing with stakeholders are not easy but through the guidance and help of my leaders I was able to overcome it. They were able to guide me how to handle difficult people. Also, working with enshored open my eyes on a BPO set up.

Our salary is way below that other companies. it's not that competative yet.
