I love the environment where people only mind their own business. I also love the free food and hybrid setup. I was kind of hoping to at least get an additional compensation as we're handling multiple accounts.

Enshored is quite good for people who already had an experience. For beginners, it's kind of hard to navigate their experience as every department isn't synced.

Everyone is comfortable, at ease, and slow-paced.

We're paid as if we're only focusing with one campaign. But we're handling multiple accounts.

As of this moment, I'm good with the salary. I like that we have free lunch

I'm happy with my colleagues and I'm happy that we can all work at our own pace.

Please, stop the gossip and stop looking at how other people work. What works for you, may not work to someone else.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy that I was able to request different setup for different situations. If it's raining non-stop, we are not really required to go on-site as we have to prioritize our safety first.
