The company itself should change it's ways in handling it's agent and different issues that arise. They should have keen investigation on a lot of things that is happening as well as keeping the agents in check that they are still motivated to go to work.

The colleagues we have at our account is very skilled on different levels and have a lot of knowledge they share to us. However, on the outside of the account we heard few negative things.
