Despite speedbumps and organizational challenges, I still feel like I have an awesome "Unicorn" job. I enjoy everyone I work with, I feel empowered to be creative and make an impact, I love being able to travel, and I appreciate all of the grace and autonomy given in workflow

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Workload can often be imbalanced with compensation due to not being optimally staffed for the amount of work that HAS to be done, as well as having to take on out of scope work due to lack of clarity around big-picture company goals and clear paths for career progression and salary alignment
