nothing much, but there seems to be only a few toxic people around

Only my coworkers and immediate superiors. Pretty much it. Pizza parties don't help in any way

Language premium, but I think it would be better to match with other companies regarding the compensation (based on my research before)

Wish I could be paid more because few colleagues of mine are paid way more but have the same skills as mine

I just feel tired for half of the week and sometimes I feel like I'm dragging myself to work. I dont really know how this can be helped

I feel the pay needs to match standard rates and I do not think it is up to par. Raises are so measly and performance bonuses are not felt at all

I feel like I am being dragged to work and there is no path for promotion for me without lowering my pay drastically. Office is also boring in terms of facilities
