Though satisfied, there may be other things to add such as a retirement plan, a well-defined annual appraisal, but one good thing about the compensation package is the annual bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It may be good to implement an across the board increase to help employees cope with inflation. The salary per se is not bad, it's within industry standards, but it's starting to feel less competitive due to several factors, some which external.
