I don't think it's enough to compensate the skills and experienced we have.

We have been taken for granted by some selfish and greedy team managers

Unfair pressure and treatment towards agents. We need fair visibility of what's going on and why we need to be pressured like we're animals

We deserve annual increase as we are improving and striving to our best. We are also required to do that as well by our leaders. We are pressured.
