SALARIES ARE NOT EQUAL UNDER THE SAME POSITION - SOME ARE SKILLED WITH LOW SALARY, WHILE OTHERS HAVE HIGH SALARIES EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation for SMEs should be the same. To be fair. We do have the same workload and same task. But some of them is being paid higher than others.
