The best thing overall experience that I have had in the company for 1 year about my team is the openness of the group to hear other people out and help others. Going back to freedom to somewhat manage your job, the team is always there for biweekly meetings to check in and help each other out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued because I did multi-task, but I did not get additional allowances, and for me, it was unfair because the other colleague worked only for 1 task or 1 skill, and the majority of us got the same pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can say there is no discrimination against all agents, but the working environment as of the moment is not all good due to the fact that skill tiering is not fair, and they are still testing what's the best thing to do. For my teammates, we are doing teamwork in all cases.
