micromanaging and unprofessionalism. Too evident not to care about their agents and embarrass some who are getting low scores. Unsupportive to agents to recover and ladder
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At present, 1000 USD is the remuneration package in the market for BPO agents. Everyone will be delighted to hear and experience good news about salaray adjustments
