If you need to talk to someone communication is not a problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incentives and give credits when its due to open positions that will encourage us to move up because there is an opening.

My everyday activity is a learning experience. As a person who loves learning and growing I enjoy most of the work assigned to me.

My leaders are easy to talk to. They are approachable and they are willing to listen. They are accommodating in every way to let you feel heard and they understand situations that are not easy to deal with.

I think the most positive about the culture and environment in the company is the Drive to do better. We are far from being a perfect company but we are taking one step at a time to grow as a company and eventually be the first choice of employment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am ready to take on additional task and I am doing all I can to help the department in every way I can but I still don't have the opportunity to be promoted given the circumstances. I would love to get a raise for doing so well for the company.
