Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, the experience has been good, despite Cebu often being underestimated by people in Manila. We feel like we're treated as insignificant, even though agents in Cebu are highly skilled workers with experience in travel accounts. I hope that the higher-ups will find ways to treat us fairly.

We receive free meals, HMO coverage, and various other perks.

Our team feels like an extended family; we can approach them anytime.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Regarding my current Team Manager, I feel a sense of belonging that I didn't have with my previous team managers. From my experience, those other managers were just performing their duties without concern for the well-being of their team members.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The basic salary isn't quite adequate, especially with the rising cost of living and no salary increases. Additionally, the HMO only covers one dependent, whereas it would be beneficial if it covered two. Lastly, we cannot fully enjoy our PTO because our vacation leave requests are frequently denied
