Insurance coverage should be full cover not to limit since we have a max amount.

Should honor what was discussed even the person has resigned so the next person in charg should take over and continue what was promised.

Make it fair to everyone regarding the basic pay. There are agents who have years and years of experience but the basic pay is lower than those who only have 2 yrs experience, which is a bit unfair.
