Worst management. It clearly shows when 4 managers resigne at the start of the year, In less than 3 mos 4 managers resigned becuase of poor decision from senior team managers as well as managers.

raise my pay to the maximum offer of 35k since I've been with the company for more than 2 years

almost 7 years in the travel industry but i was not given the max contract considering im also trained both amadeus and sabre

Salary reallignment and Leaders should act one instead of giving agents a hard time knowing that the agent is doing great on his stats

10 years of travel experience and yet the offer is only 30k all in while a lot of agents that has 1-2 years of travel experience got the max offer of 35k
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Firm decision instead making excuses. Senior Team Manager, even OM's don't even care if you are doing great in terms of your stats. If they want to transfer you to another shift they can without hesitations.

8 years of travel experience. Amadeus GDS , sabre GDS and yet I was not offered the max cotract and to think other agent who has 1-2 years travel experienced was given the max contract of 35k
