I love Enshored. I am grateful that I am here. My first problem is with the escalations, every move you make seems like a big problem. Every mistake you make would turn to escalation. Endless escalation without proper investigation. Second is the promised salary alignment that never happened

I love how my team cheer each other at times when things get bad

It's not fair that we have a different salary compensation when we are all working the same

I could not answer this right now. Because as of the moment, I am not happy with the company. I am sick and tired of all the escalations, yet other people are not receiving it. The one who is very close with managers.
