I think you can improve by giving a compensation like transportation allowance increase and also increase there salaray

They always hear any suggestions or request coming from the agents, and they always guide there agent through there best comfort as possible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though they upskill there agent to a higher tier, they don't even offer any compensation for those agents that was upskill to chat or a GDS
