I have no issues with Cebu management Team and leaders, they seems works toward the success of the company and the program. However, we are mandated by the Manila leadership team/management that lead us to fail. It seems that they wants or drive us to fail inorder for them to rise up.

Hire more competent leaders rather than leaders who doesn't even have an idea whats going on the ground level. There decisions and projects are useless, irrelevant, and even hinder's agents or employee to be successful.
