I like the perks and the benefits and I like my current team leader. I just don't like the management, the rift between cebu and manila. I don't like how the bosses would just do as they like just to please the client's without checking on their agents. I don't like the power tripping.

some of the teammates really do care about their agents

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes I do. Work from home set up and a salary increase with a less toxic management please

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bad management, bad bosses. Too much power tripping to the point that the management would go against their COC just to crucify an agent.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership team needs to take better care of their agents instead of always finding ways to terminate them and invest even more in new hires, doesnt make sense

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because there are a lot of deductions with my pay and it seems like they are doing everything to pay me lesser than what I have worked for. THere is also an issue about the bonus, the HR team sent the calculation for our bonus and everyone was excited but it was less than exptected
