The company is great the management is super toxic and only sees the agents as numbers. They don't really care about a person's well-being and not care about agent's who have family matter to attend to. It is a hassle to be a working parent in the company who never gives us value

Salary increase, no growth and toxic leadership needs to be addressed

The management team are power trippers, and they don't listen to agents

Additional allowance for additional workload . More incentive program. Perks in having no attendance issues to encourage discipline

Workload is too much and there are no extra allowances for the extra workload. No salary increases. It's been year and still getting the same old salary and they do not even give much incentive
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team Manager is great however, Senior Team Managers and the rest of the management team don't care about agents' well-being. Vacation Leaves and Sick Leaves feel like forever to get approved. It is a complete hassle having to go through senior Team Manager before getting sick leave approved
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary alignment. Chat agents deserve enough compensation perhaps a skill allowance. A lot of my colleagues who have less workload are getting better compensation compared to most of us chat agents. Attendance Bonus since there is no recognition in the efforts of coming very early to work
