harder tasks lesser salary. No incentives even though you're doing great

The incentive program is not fair enough. It's not that high and it is very hard to achieve. The incentive program which is the 2,500 pesos per month is more likely an attendance bonus. You will no longer get that incentive even if you are already performing just because you have a one minute late.
