It will be better if there's an annual salary increase

Despite being so busy working, we manage to talk while on break to have fun

They implemented a new process right away without giving us a timeline to prepare for the changes. The give a new KPI which takes effect immediately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increase. Most of the new hires are getting the maximum salary while we who's been working for over 2 years are still stuck with the lower basic but more workload. Really unfair
