I don't have any issues with the team members themselves, but my concern lies with the lack of alignment in salaries, especially considering we're performing the same duties. This disparity makes me feel undervalued and demotivated.

Not fair in terms of salary. We're doing the same job yet not equal salary. Salary should be aligned.
