it's fun, sometimes challenging, and all these hearsays. pay isn't that enough especially since there's inflation, no yearly salary increase. But work itself is fine. Filing for leaves aren't that efficient because it should be super advance. other companies can approve vl before the leave date

salary increase and yearly increase. add incentives too. don't be too strict about vacation leaves. be more considerate and easier

There's no yearly salary increase and not all could get the performance bonus last August 18. That kind of bonus should be for everyone.

they always make sure everything is fine. If there will be challenges, they make sure we face it with positive energy. special mention to STM Karl and STM Naj.
