Enshored is great and I am grateful but sometimes the Travelperk management decisions affect my excitement to work as it seems to be changing a lot and they are inconsistent. They are providing expectations to all hard-working agents that are not most likely not sure if it's going to happen.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not too strict and it is fun to work because of less pressure that is given by higher management. It can cause us to focus more with quality.
What makes you most happy at work?
None at the moment but I look forward to more incentives so that every agent who worked really hard will be rewarded not just by saying "Good job"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been offered to be upskilled with a higher tier that will communicate with VIP clients but I don't feel that I am being paid fairly to do that task yet even though I have had a high scorecard for months.
