We need to have skills allowance and individual incentives by performance which will make us more productive and engaged in our job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Travel account compensation should range around 40,000php plus for agent position and we should have incentives because there is no food at transportation allowance provided.

I am on chat duties and at times I handled emails. It would be best if we do have a skills allowance like our phone agents.
