salary increase. the complexity of our role is different. We are expected to handle multiple programs, create materials from scratch without proper T3 sessions from clients and get underpaid.
We underwent a series of training to make sure we fulfill our roles effectively and these trainings are not cheap. Other companies offer better compensation than Enshored with my current role.

I don't think I can say it is still positive. A lot of people are getting demotivated already with all the things happening so fast that we cannot keep up. Sudden change with work set up, bonuses, project implementation without proper setting of expectations
instead of introducing new processes all at the same time, why not take advantage of what we already have and focus on ensuring it is implemented properly this time. What we're doing is just mainly trial and error. introducing new processes is good but without follow through, it will still fail
