Interacting with my colleagues and leads either work-related or not, and of course how my leads are so understanding.

I like how thoughtful the leaders/managers are. They constantly check your progress and see if you need help with anything.

That I am able to ask the leaders directly and they have the proper job knowledge to provide me with accurate answers.

The best thing about my team is that we are not being micro-managed and free to do our tasks the most comfortable way we can.
