Allowances are being removed and there is no salary increase.

We always have a good time in the office. We always help each other with the task.

It's okay but I want to move to another account for a higher salary package but internal hiring's are limited

The best part of the compensation package for me is the HMO. Unlike my previous company that HMO is only clinic base where our HMO is both Hospital and clinic base.
