Having a 10% night differential seems low compared to other companies in the same industry.

as a team leader I think that my basic pay is not aligned with this industry.

The salary seems way behind others, and the perks are limited. I think an annual appraisal would be better than a yearly bonus. The night differential can be increased to 20% rather than 10%.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As the company advocates for work-life balance, I think the program where I am can be a hybrid set-up. This is especially true for me because I travel every day for about four hours back and forth to the office just to do minimal to low volume work.
