Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation rate is rising here in the Philippines. Because of that our current salary can't keep up with the current cost of living. There are also days where we need to work on-site which adds up to our budget as we have to commute from home to work and from work to our home.
