the officers are very kind and nice to work with as well as my co moderators, the salary is fair though I wish there's an addition to the allowance but overall its okay

still sees things in a positive way even with our errors, helps each other and understands one another

hmo benefits and extra allowance tho I hope the rto allowance should be raised since the transportation cost here is high

talking with my workmates while moderating so that working dont feel so much like working and it makes the environment light

The Leaders are very understanding when it comes to our shortcomings and errors, they make us feel like we're not inferior and are working together as a team.
