Overall, my experience has been positive, especially the support and collaboration with my teammates. However, as a tenured agent continually adding more skills, the lack of extra pay is a concern.

Offer flexible scheduling. Improve communication and provide training for employees and managers. Implement scheduling software, establish performance metrics to track team and individual goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Concerns about the current lack of work-life balance. Many of us are finding it difficult to maintain a healthy separation between work and personal time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In response to the survey: No, I do not feel I am paid well. Despite my experience, I receive the lowest pay, while some less experienced colleagues earn more. I believe a salary increase is necessary to reflect my skills and contributions.
