I do not like the client and the management. They keep on lying that they are pro-employees, however, they even cancelled all of our vacation leave and won't consider our situations they just keep on handing out NTE's. Its the worst company/account when it comes to treating their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compassion to their employees/agents. Think of the well-being of their agents
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
BECAUSE they have cancelled all of our vacation leave when it should have been one of the benefits that the company provide, especially my direct STM. Tedious sick leave process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team only. teamwork. my direct supervisor is very helpful and understanding and empathetic to his agents. He know our needs and this is reflecting to our team and to my coworkers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not like what's currently happening in our account. The schedules and the process keeps on changing. Our well being and mental health are not being considered. RTA SHOULD BE DEPENDING ON THE OPERATIONS, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
none. As of the moment, there are no positivity. Everyone is on edge due to the constant changes with the schedules and the process and the management does not listen to their agents. Always pressuring the agents with numbers and results.
