When I was on Night Shift, We are all Friends We Understand each other and try to Help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Salary is not that High enough for what we are Doing, The Goal is too High with a small room for Error. other than that its a Good Company.

On my Last Team on Night Shift, we are all Friends, when we are in Office, We Talk, we tell jokes, We Help Each other, and lastly we Understand Each other.
