it has to be work from home and salary increase so that the company culture can be better
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the officers are all hard headed and they are also power trip to get it better they need counselling to have a better personality especially when talking in every agents
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
i think you should give a chance with every agent and employees to continue working from home so that they will have a time to rest and having a reality work-life balance so that all the team member and the team are doing all better
