Task accountability. majority of the tasks are being endorsed to other members where in fact it is under their workload resulting to excessive task under one person.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is witnessing the lightbulb moments! Being able to assist someone with a challenging question and see them grasp the concept or solution brings a real sense of fulfillment.
