I haven't stayed long but what I can say it is the most neutral feeling to be part of the company

I can say that I can work here for a long time. It just that it needs more salary

Free food. other than that... people around you

Mostly just for the salary but the possibility of a promotion.

The manager's at the least. Other than that, there is nothing to be excited working onsite

Amneties. Have a gaming lounge or sleep quarters, gym or A place we can enjoy staying onsite
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I live far away and is required onsite. Inflation really takes a toll in terms of sustenance, transportation and other types of daily necessities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are pretty much selective and are easily offended by small things. They are not worthy to be co-workers. They have there own world that we are having difficulty getting in
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work onsite. Ever since the pandemic, expenses from travel and difficulty getting a transportation because of the limited vehicles makes it difficult to get to my destination and the benefits are not comparable to what we are right now
