Enshored itself is great, however, the management for the Travelperk account seems to be always inconsistent. They are more pro-Travelperk and not being balanced to side with their agents.

They are helpful with the tasks that seems to be confusing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should be trained in every tool needed for this program so that workloads are distributed fairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because I've been always considered among the top agents, however, there are others who have limited tasks that mostly get paid more.
