Provide the salary that we deserve as the salary cut is too much.

We need incentive and salary increase as there's a lot of task that we are doing especially for chat,

I love how my team manager handled us, but I'm no longer happy working on this environment due to a lot of changes happened.

We are always upskilled without an increase, even though they assigned many work loads, unlike Barcelona, where every upskilling they pay their employees more.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The environment is really bad, we can't even play music while working which is the reason why we choose Enshored as we can work with peace, now we are like program to work and meet KPIs.
