somehow they approach us, and if ever we have any concern they addressed it in a nice way

none so far since I was new to this team, but TL and QA are very accommodating and approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
initially I started here as wfh moderator then eventually after a year this company decided to work onsite , and iI don;t have any issue with that, It just that they reduced our allowances, so that i think, It is better for you to increase our salary align with the other company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
no delay in salary, the team members are easy to get along, and easy to ask if ever i have further question and then they answer the question in a nice way. my only concern is the salary, because initially is started here as a work from home moderator and then after a year they remove our 2k allowan
