We work because we need to, good compensation motivates employees to keep doing better this should be taken seriously. its hard to keep rehiring employees compared to retaining tenureds.

If compensation is fair specially the demand is quite high

Salary increases as tasks are overwhelming. Incentives as well should be implied

Annual increase is a must specially for regular and tenured employees, if you want to retain your people the compensation should really improve.

If you gove a lot of tass to your agent they should also be compensated equally tenured with no annual increase is just unjustly in my own opinion speciklay if your getting the job done its not just the account but the management should also do something about this.
