What I like about the leadership of our team is there's an open communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope there's a salary increase for a Tier upgrade, also the insurance it was still Intellicare it's nice, but when it was changed to Medicard, everytime there's a laboratory request, we still need to wait for couple of hours from the information since they will need to call the insurance
