Leaders being dynamic and willing to listen to the team's opinion.

For me, the most positive culture is them not making me feel bad and stupid whenever I make mistakes.

I think some of my co-workers need to be compassionate to their colleagues. Some of them are making each day dreadful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As we go through upskilling, and there are additional tasks I think it would be best for us to receive yearly appraisal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As of now, there is no annual appraisal. I think I deserve to receive an appraisal every year as I learn more about my task and be fully equipped to perform excellent work. I also believe that I will be upskilled to different skill tiers in the future.
