I cannot feel the appreciation.

They try to meet the numbers that is requested from the client.

I think they need to also see the good side of their employee.

I think they need to lear more ways on how to motivate their employee.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

If we have disputes atleast our TM would try their best to raise it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I think it is because I am on chat and chat agents have every pull-out time. They will only coach you if you commit an error. I think it would be better if they could rotate the chat and email support once in a while. Chat agent can rarely get out of their seats especially when it is queueing
